Anyone else feel like Easter sneaks up every year? By the time I start planning the kids’ Easter baskets, it’s usually a week before the holiday and I’m stuck aimlessly wandering the picked over aisles at Target trying to scrounge something together. NOT THIS YEAR, my friends! This year I got my act together and had fun “curating” (aka spending too much money on) each of the kiddos’ Easter baskets, and I’m excited to share them with you over the next week here on the blog. I tried to keep them a mixture of some of our favorite small shops as well as some more accessible items from places like Target and Amazon.
To start, I’ve put together a practical yet fun and feminine basket for my oldest daughter, six-year-old Avah. She loves animals (especially sharks), drawing and creating, and anything “cool” (which is generally the opposite of anything I like). So with that in mind, here’s what I’m guessing is cool for a six year old girl to receive on Easter morning. What are some of your favorite things to put in an Easter basket for this age?
